Meet Your Inspector
Quality Pro Home Inspections provides detailed, professional home inspections with a focus on clear communication, practical reporting, and a better client experience from start to finish.
I am an accredited home inspector with the Home Inspectors Association of British Columbia and licensed through Consumer Protection BC.
My background includes experience in multiple areas of residential construction, formal home inspection training through Carson Dunlop, one-on-one mentoring, and ongoing professional education through HIABC.
Each inspection is approached with care, patience, and attention to detail. I typically schedule one full home inspection per day so I can take the time needed to inspect the property, walk through the findings with you, and provide a clear report that is useful, organized, and easy to understand.
The goal is simple: to help you understand the home, identify important concerns, and make confident, informed decisions.

Buyers Inspections
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments you will ever make. Before you buy, you should have a home inspection to avoid potentially costly repairs that would otherwise go undetected until they become even more costly. This is our typical home inspection that catches common defects so you understand the investment you’re making.
Pre-Listing Inspections
Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.
The Clear Choice For Home Buyers
Each report is carefully prepared to provide a clear, organized overview of the inspection findings in a format that is easy to review, understand, and share.
Reports include photos, observations, and practical recommendations to help you identify important concerns and better understand the home’s overall condition.
Your report is typically delivered within 24 hours of the inspection.
